Refund policy

All Sales Final on Made-to-Order Items Because our wood blanks and ornaments are made to order and custom cut, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Karenscraftaddiction.com. Please include a photo of the damaged item and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel your order.

Refunds Refunds are issued only in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items received. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
